Overall, I was satisfied with everything, from the receptionist, the room, and the location. It's just that it coincided with the hotel renovation, so there was always a lot of traffic asking permission from the workers who were working in the hotel hallway. I booked two rooms, one for me and the other for my friend and his family. I got a room that was probably already renovated in the front area of the room, so there were no more materials and carpentry tools and work in front of the room. However, my friend and his family's room was right in the renovation work area, so the sound of sanding could definitely be heard inside the room, and the renovation equipment in front of the room also made it a little uncomfortable. Hopefully the renovation process will be completed soon, or maybe the room can be arranged so that it is not at the same time as the area that is still being renovated. Thank you

The hotel is currently under renovation, but the workers only stop working at 9 PM, which was also due to complaints. The initial information was that they would stop at 10 PM. Then, in the middle of the night, the sound of motorcycle exhausts racing could be heard. It hasn't really been rebranded yet, but the hotel prices are already like a 3-star hotel.

Friendly hotel staff, within budget

Overall it's good, clean and comfortable, but not friendly for those who want to pray in the room because the room is too narrow so it's difficult if you want to pray, you have to go down to the hotel first near the parking lot, then you happen to get a dirty, dusty window and one part of the curtain is stuck so it's difficult to close, so if you want to change clothes or pants, you have to go in the bathroom

The staff is friendly..just not very thorough..hopefully it will be better..

There was a miscommunication with CS. I ordered 3 rooms and only 1 was ready. I had to wait first. But the hotel's response was good..good job

Overall very good. Friendly staff, clean, close access to the city and toll road, fast and cheap laundry, the food is also delicious. It's just a shame that the variety of food menu is very limited, even though I've stayed here before and the menu variations are very many and all delicious, my favorite is the chicken salad. Apart from that, it is recommended to stay here.
