The hotel is ok, only the male receptionist at night is very annoying. Very impolite. I stayed for 3 nights and was disturbed for 2 nights. The night I stayed, there was a fire alarm. I don't know why or if the alarm was faulty. The receptionist opened the room door twice (it was 11pm at night). Next time I won't come back because of the bad experience.

The room is ok and clean, the location is near the center of the alley, the alley is also wide but it is still a bit difficult to park a car when it is crowded. The only thing is that the room is not soundproof at all, the guests walking and talking outside are very noisy.

I live on the 1st floor and the 1st floor is below the G floor so there is no phone signal, the bus company couldn't call me, luckily they still texted me on Zalo 😵‍💫

I checked in as scheduled at 2:00 p.m. December 9. When we arrived, the receptionist said there was a problem in the room so we transferred to another facility at 52 Luong The Vinh. When the receptionist said to take me to the other facility, the room had a large, comfortable balcony view. When I received it, I was assigned to a room on the first floor with a musty smell, at the back of the hotel. The room is dirty and the quality is extremely bad, not like 3 stars. On the evening of December 9, I found the manager's phone number on the app, called to complain and was given a room on the 3rd floor (P301). This room was okay. But things don't stop there. At around 11:10, the cleaning lady automatically entered my room without knocking. To be honest, during my trip to this hotel, I swore I would never return. Very bad quality. Bad from reception to room. I didn't take pictures but I promise everything is as I said.

Poor soundproofing, unprofessional work. Choose to stay at Nguyen Thi Nghia facility until check-in and tell them to move to facility 2, far from the center. When I got stressed, I said I was going to make arrangements. I thought I was the only one, but I didn't expect that there were a few other people coming to check in, also in the same situation. Check-in room had a damp, foul smell. never come back
