The hotel staff was friendly and pleasant, the food was quite delicious because we had dinner at the restaurant, and because it was the rainy season, at 9 pm the fog descended and we felt like we were in a fairy tale, a foggy city and we could take as many photos as we wanted, very impressive. The hotel is also very close to very famous tourist attractions, it's really cool.

The location is close to Ketep Pass, but at night you have to put in a little effort to find dinner... The rooms and spaces have 2 floors so maybe it should be considered again for the elderly...

Good hotel, you can see Mount Merapi from inside the room which is a plus, also the atmosphere around is very comfortable. The food is varied even though it tastes a bit bland, parking unfortunately there are no guards so it's a bit difficult considering the parking is quite narrow

The view from the room is very okay. The air is cool and cold. No need to use AC. Only the room may not be clean, the TV channels may not function properly. Delicious food, pocket friendly prices.

Alhamdulillah, my family and I really like it. The place is just right. The view is beautiful. The food is delicious. The service is friendly and fast. The room is clean. Overall, it is highly recommended for a staycation.

Strategic location with direct view of the mountain, only for breakfast the taste is not enough, the fried rice is salty, there is not enough variety, especially the drinks are bitter, only mineral water is included.

Tempat menyenangkan buat bersantai dengan keluarga, dikelilingi gunung. Makanan murah dan lumayan. Keluhan hanya 1, kamar mandi selang toilet bocor, jadi kamar mandi basah terus.

Friendly staff, good service, clean room and equipment works well. What I like the most is the cafe. The place is nice and clean. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. 👍.

Stayed one night in executive room number 24 got a nice view. Although there was a storm in the afternoon but in the morning could see the mountain quite well. It's just that, at around 1-2 am woken up because of a noisy sound like the cleaning service/room boy was cleaning the next room and also because it was being renovated/built so some spots were leaking that's why maybe the cleaning service often cleaned. Plus because room number 24 is close to the stairs, so footsteps can be heard quite loudly.

Ruangan kecil (mungkin krn homestay) ini sdh ambil type duluxe. Yg sangat mengganggu adalah. Tdk ada wastafel (jadi kalau mau sikat gigi pake air keran kamar mandi 😁. Memang yg dijual ada pemandangan lgs gn merapi, jd hrg lumayan diatas rata2 utk homestay.
