The hotel is located in the city center, clean and comfortable.

The hotel room is comfortable and the location is strategic... only that cleanliness needs to be paid more attention to... (many areas in the room are not wiped/cleaned before the room is ready for the next guest to occupy)

The hotel wasn't very clean (the rooms and corridors). The toilet was a bit dirty. The floor near the sink was also dirty. The electric kettle was dirty (it looked like it had never been washed).

Alhamdulillah, the room is quite spacious, the water is different (maybe referring to water pressure/quality/taste), the sink is clogged, but the mineral water is unlimited as it's refillable (this is a plus point). The food is just okay

The location in the city center is very strategic, therefore it is suitable for guests from out of town to get around easily. The thing that needs to be improved is the room, which needs to be cleaned further, the pillows and bolsters are very good
