I stayed here because the exam location was at this hotel. The service was great, although the parking area wasn't that spacious, but the staff were very responsive. From security, customer service, and the restaurant staff, they were all friendly and helpful. I happened to be surprised because it was the day before my birthday when I had breakfast at the restaurant. The room view was also amazing. Basically, staying at Mercure is a no-fail option. For the standard Mercure price, yes.. but it's really worth it with the facilities. The location is also in the city center..

Overall, it was good, but when I was about to check out, I asked for a laundry bag. It took a while to arrive. I actually wanted to ask for a laundry bag the night before, but when I called the receptionist, they didn't answer. I probably tried 3-4 times.
