I stayed here from September 13th to 15th, 2025. I arrived at dawn, and since their shelter only opened at 10:00, I was assisted by a partner driver. All the staff during my stay, both at the restaurant and the hotel, were very friendly and helpful, and the tour guide was also friendly and helpful. It was worth the price and the experience! I arrived at Atsiri from the morning of the 13th, staying until Monday the 15th. They looked for a partner driver who could pick me up because their shelter only opens at 10. During my time there, it was fun, the host and team were very helpful in finding information and locations of attractions. All the waiters and team from the 13th to the 15th were very friendly and helpful!! Including finding laundry with partners and express at a low price. Thank you Atsiri team💖

The swimming pool feels like having a private pool, because no one is swimming and it is definitely swimming with a view. All the staff are kind, friendly and very helpful. Overall experience staying in Atsiri was great. Atsiri can capture and embody the wellness concept into their place, activities, food. All the details made the whole experience superb. Our host was Mba Allaika. She is super attentive catered our family needs. We experienced few hiccups on day 1. The dine in took long hours to prepare our meal due to high season. I complained and the next day, Mba Allaika & team improved their service. Their hospitality added superb experience during our stay. Atsiri is suitable for those looking for family/couple laid back holiday with enough in house activities and wants to explore Javanese wellness. Me and my family definitely will go back to Atsiri!

Free facilities should be provided to glamping residents such as activities/museums at Atsiri and breakfast should be added, not just 1x order.
