Overall the accommodation is okay, it's just that the water in the bathroom smells of iron so it's quite disturbing for gargling, brushing teeth and ablution. There is 1 window in the room that doesn't have a lock so it's quite worrying if someone has bad intentions while we're sleeping. The rest is okay, if the 2 points above are fixed, it will be our consideration to stay there again 😊.

Sorry for the inconvenience, ma'am. What are the different rules like? After we recorded it from CCTV, at that time Mum booked a room via Traveloka for 1 night. When checking in, I added an extra bed directly to the hotel with payment for the extra bed for one night. In the morning, when the mother wanted to extend the room again, the extrabed automation was also paid again for the room extension. The hotel has carried out according to the established SOP.
