Facilities and food was good, but when we checked out and asked about the airport shuttle schedule, somehow the front office lady was really rude, no smile, and kinda showed her badmood..that was terrible attitude..

Always a great option during transit at CGK, they offer airport pick-up and drop-off, and room service is a must-try. This time, I tried fish and chips and airport teh tarik for dinner, and nasi ayam taliwang (Taliwang chicken rice) and apple tea for breakfast.

This is my second time here. Great place for those who will stay nearby the airport. Available airport shuttle 24 hours, runs every 1 hour. New hotel. They have WhatsApp that you can chat with to ask anything about the hotel.

My favorite hotel for transit, I like it because they can pick me up and drop me off at the airport for free, the food is also delicious (I don't like buffets), I prefer just 1 or 2 menus, that's why I prefer to order at the restaurant.
