Thank you for hosting me for 11 days. However, I would like to offer some feedback to the guesthouse management based on my experience during my stay:
1. Cleanliness is paramount. I found cockroaches in my room three times, and the sheets were not very clean, which was very uncomfortable. If you don't ask for it to be cleaned, the room won't be cleaned. The guesthouse should have its own standard operating procedure (SOP) for cleaning guest rooms.
2. The room I stayed in was quite damp. I asked to be moved several times, but they didn't. This is also important for guest health. Damp rooms can be detrimental to human lung health over a long period of time.
3. Hospitality also needs improvement, especially with the importance of the 3S (Smile, Greet, Say Hello). The staff were unfriendly, not very agile, and not responsive in handling complaints.
4. The guesthouse's water was very brackish, the bathroom floor was slippery and prone to slipping, and there was no toilet paper.
5. It's called a guesthouse, but the kitchen facilities are incomplete.
Hopefully, the service will improve in the future so that more people will enjoy the accommodation, not just because it's affordable, but also because of its excellent service. Thanks!
