Thank you for upgrading my room at no extra cost, as bookings were high. The room and bathroom were pleasant. I think a bathroom mat would be even better to prevent slips and falls.

The hotel is very clean and smells good. The staff is friendly. The strategic location is right next to Sarinah. If you want to eat and hang out with friends, just drag yourself to Sarinah or walk to Jalan Sabang. The hotel is sharia-compliant, so couples must show a marriage certificate. It's just a short walk to the Bundaran HI MRT Station. It's close to both the GI and PI stations.

The night shift security guard was super annoying. I just arrived at the hotel at 2:00 AM because my flight was delayed. Coincidentally, my friend who had arrived in Jakarta earlier had already checked in and had informed the FO staff that there would be another friend checking in. My friend had also informed me of the room number and my friend said to just ask the receptionist to open it. As soon as I arrived, there were no security guards outside the hotel area, so I parked my car without any instructions and went straight to the receptionist, I asked for help to open the door. I had already stated the room number and booking ID, the receptionist had already cross-checked and asked the security guard to accompany me while bringing the key. The security guard didn't take the initiative to offer to carry my suitcase, and when I arrived in front of the room, the security guard knocked on the door, and I reprimanded him, "Why didn't you open it right away?" Then he said “the procedure ma’am” still there was no answer from inside the room the security guard knocked on the door again and I said “I asked for help so I don’t wake my friend who is resting” then he answered “no way ma’am, have to wait until the door is opened” I said “that’s weird? Come on, just open it, I already made sure with the receptionist earlier” then the security guard glared while knocking on the door again saying “this is the procedure ma’am. What if I enter the wrong room? Who will be responsible?” “Why are you going all over the place? I already cross-checked the name of the person who booked and the room number, here is my friend who WA to me and gave me the room number. Do you understand why I asked for help so I don’t disturb my friend?? If it’s like this I’m disturbing my friend sir!” Not long after my friend opened the door and the security guard said “it’s already opened” in my life I’ve never been to a hotel and this is the first time there’s a policy like this, usually either they immediately give me a spare key or help them open the door

This hotel is always my choice when I want to stay around Sudirman and Thamrin. The location is great, and the service is excellent.

Overall ok, there were only problems when checking in & the room on the top floor always had the sound of the water pump

I chose this hotel because of its strategic location for those wanting to experience CFD in Sudirman. The price is very affordable for a hotel in the middle of Sudirman's office and mall centers. This hotel carries a Sharia concept, providing complete prayer equipment (mukenah, sarong, sejadah). I thought there weren't many rooms because they only go up to the 5th floor. Unfortunately, the room I stayed in at that time was not cool enough, and the air conditioning didn't work properly. This hotel has a rooftop that can be used if you want to relax at night while gazing at the constellations.

The hotel and staff were understanding of our needs. We had to check out early in the morning. The hotel was willing to prepare breakfast before 6:00 a.m., and we had time to eat. This was very satisfying. Thank you for your service.🙏🏻
