It used to be very clean...now the room isn't as clean as it used to be, with lots of hair and a bit of dirt, perhaps because there are a lot of customers now. The cleanliness needs to be improved like before. This is constructive criticism because I often stay here... I hope there will be changes next time I come. Thanks

I stayed in an executive room with a fairly spacious balcony and a spacious bathroom. What I liked most was the hotel's cleanliness, the pool, and the parking lot, although crowded, was handled very well by the staff. Yesterday, I was able to check in at 1:00 PM because my room was ready. Shakti Hotel is top-notch.

The rooms are nice and tidy. The elevator ride to the third floor is quite thrilling but enjoyable. The swimming pool is clean.

Staying here for the third time because frankly it's cheap. For a family room, it's 586,000 without breakfast. 2 king-sized beds, 8 soft and thick pillows. Hot water is great. The bathroom and powder room are sparkling clean. Netflix and wifi network at 507 are running smoothly. The only thing is the receptionist service is still terrible. Just getting out of the car, there's no one to park or greet us, we unloaded our own things in the garage when I called the FO for a bellboy, he just said "just a minute" as he went into the back room. Finally, we carried our own things from the parking lot to the front of the receptionist. There we waited for about 5 minutes without anyone coming out. Finally, someone came out named Mr. Joko who helped with the check-in process and delivered our things to our room. Thank you, Mr. Joko, keep up the good work. I hope all employees can be faster in service. Thank you. God willing, I will stay here again, hopefully in the future it will be better.

The second time I stayed here because my child wanted to try the wooden house type. So there are 2 wooden houses (107 and 207). Better choose 207 because the bathroom in 107 is creepy and smells of sewer. We stayed 2 nights and finally asked to move to the top floor (207). FYI in this type of wooden house there is NO Netflix and the wifi network is Very Bad. The pillows are also not as comfortable as the family room. Asked the receptionist and said the price of the wooden house and family is the same, but when we asked to move the man said there would be a charge of 100 thousand for the first night and 300 thousand for the second night. Finally we stayed in the wooden house but moved to 207. My suggestion is to have a standby receptionist, here it seems like contract work is also HK, so finding a bellboy who is willing to help carry things is very difficult. Room facilities etc. seem to be slowly being improved, only the employee service, maybe they can give excellent service training.

The hotel's location is in a quiet neighborhood, the front desk staff are friendly, the bedrooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is quite tasty, although not very varied, and the pool is kid-friendly. If we return to Bandung, we will stay here again in a different room type.

Large bed with 4 pillows/8 pillows total. Strongly requested for the family to replace the refrigerator with a 2-door one. Overall, good. Continued success for Shakti Villa Dago.

The room is very spacious. The family room has two king-size beds, 180x200. My suggestion is that a room that big should have a double-door refrigerator, not just a minibar. The family room has two bathrooms (one full and one powder room). Breakfast is quite good, delivered to the room. Overall, it's comfortable and not noisy.

Highly recommended!! This is truly a hidden gem. The vibe is great for those who don't like noise because it's located off the main road but inside a complex. I happened to choose a wooden house right in front of the swimming pool. The room was clean and definitely spacious. The staff is friendly, especially Cici, the owner, who is very kind and hospitable. I stayed here to surprise my parents for their birthday, and all the relatives and family who came were amazed by Shakti Villa because they didn't expect it to be so comfortable. I will stay here again someday. Thank you, Shakti Villa♥️♥️♥️

The family room is very spacious with two queen beds, and the price is affordable. It's located in a residential area. I've stayed here twice. The only thing lacking is breakfast (a limited menu). But overall, it's very comfortable to stay here.
