The location is very strategic, close to Macalister Street, which has lots of food. It's also close to Northern Hospital, Gleneagles Hospital, Island Hospital, and others. It's also close to Gurney Plaza. The hotel also has a water dispenser, so you don't have to buy extra water.

Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Seldom I see new and clean hotel in the middle of Penang city centre. Very convinient for culinery touring, 10 minute walk to New Lane Food Street. Definitely will come back.

The hotel is quite close to various tourist destinations in Penang. You can walk or take a Grab. I booked a family room with two double beds. It was very comfortable for two adults and two children. This hotel is not a luxury type, but it is a comfortable place to rest after a day of sightseeing around Penang.
