That generally means that a comfortable and space efficient room is designed with just the essentials included. As we are a co-living service residence, light housekeeping is done once every 3 days and full housekeeping is done once a week. In between if you needed any amenity top-up or have any queries, you are always welcome to approach our friendly lyf Guards at our Say Hi! counter who would be happy to assist. The light cleaning includes clearing thrash, change of towels, making of the bed and top up of amenities. We seek your kind understanding in this matter. – We are sorry for the disappointment caused to you by this cleaning schedule. – Please allow us to clarify as we would like to let all our potential guests know about our services and facilities before they decide to make their reservations because we understand our cleaning schedule may not be ideal for some guests’ stay requirements or preference, information on our housekeeping schedule is stated at the lower end of our property’s storefront on Traveloka website under “Accommodation Policy and General Information”.
