The location is convenient. The rooms are nice and clean, there's a Japanese restaurant nearby, there's parking, and the commute is easy.

-The hotel really has standards -The staffs are polite and cheerful But I broke a glass and was fined 200 baht So brutal, the air conditioner in the bathroom dripped, made my hair slippery, and I got a cut on my arm

Should guests are faced with any inconvenience experienced during your stay at our hotel, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused. It was not our intention to disappoint you in any way and your satisfaction is important to us. We are always at your service. However, all guests would be required to have acknowledged in general terms & conditions from the hotel staff at checking-in process. And also, one of these terms & conditions is "Guest's Responsibility and Liability". That is the guest shall compensate the hotel for any lost or any damage caused through willful misconduct or negligence of the Guest which shall include, without limitation to, costs of repairing facilities, loss of sales opportunities, except normal wear and tear to hotel asset. Any damage or theft caused by the guest (and their visitors) will result in forfeiting any deposits, pre-payment. Depending on the damage or theft involved, it may be subject to additional charges. Guest shall keep the hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness. In the case of the broken glass, it is considered an act caused by guests. Therefore, we must charge for the damage as informed to guests during the check-in process. Regarding the issue of water dripping from the air conditioner in the bathroom, we would like to inform you that our team has thoroughly inspected the unit and found no such issue occurring. Should any irregularities arise in the future, please do not hesitate to inform our staff immediately, so that we may promptly carry out the necessary inspection and repairs. Went Hatyai with my friend via car and hence this location will be considered OK as we have our own transportation. However if without a car then this area may not be so suitable. Overall it's a clean and comfy hotel where staff also very friendly. Definitely worth the stay!

The room is very good. The bed is hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. It is not suitable for relaxation. The bed is as hard as sleeping on the floor. Everything else is good. The staff is very good.

Highly Recommended, the hotel with 3.5 stars rating. It is a rare real 8+ rating hotel. A big thumb up for the management. When you are coming to Hatyai, this is one of the hotel that you cannot be missed. Nice and cozy room. All staffs are approachable and good hotel service. Not far from Central Festival mall. Near to “Mini Big C” and many vending machines at hotel lobby. Definitely! Come again in the future.
