There was a live roach in the bathroom sink, and the pet hair could be cleaned a bit better. Maybe some sort of air purifier used while cleaning. Staff is friendly. Location is amazing.

It was a great stay. The front desk was always helpful. I extended my stay unexpectedly and they helped me coordinate staying in the same room. I would come in late at night and was greeted every time. At night they assisted me getting extra towels, food, etc. Everyone was always kind and helpful to me. The room was clean. The ac had been turned on prior to my stay so it was cool. Parking was easy and felt safe.

The environment around this hotel is very modern and seems to be a safe area. The hotel is nice and comfortable and has a very welcoming feel. The staff are great and the breakfast was excellent. Many different choices and lots of extras. Only complaint was the pool was closed for maintenance which seems to happen to me a lot. That may be the new McDonald’s ice cream machine scandal lol.

The property was near shopping and dining. Very convenient. Breakfast was good with adequate options. The room was disappointing. Super small. Did not even have a closet. No drawer space at all. Bedside tables were too small. One was not even a table. More like a stool.

We will stay again! The rooms and property are clean and the beds are very comfy. Ms. Shirley offers a delicious breakfast with many hot options (sausage, oatmeal, biscuits, scrambled eggs, etc) plus range-free eggs, chicken patties, etc.

Never got our room cleaned. We told the front desk that we will be gone for a certain amount of time. The housekeeper never showed up. Finally showed up when were back and then told them again when we will leave and they never came back to clean.

Everything was great ! Will definitely stay here again .

Great stay

I guess my biggest gripe is the breakfast- it was decent but not great. The biscuits and gravy looked good until you tried to grab a biscuit and the steamed biscuit fell apart. Eggs were ok but pancakes were pretty small. Room was nice and staff was nice and tried to make your stay pleasant.

The hotel is great! The beds are a little hard. But the location and the fun atmosphere makes up for that .

Check in was easy. The room had a good amount of storage areas to put things. Could use some more accessible wall outlets for charging. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

This is my favorite hotel to stay at when visiting my child at UT Austin. It’s clean has a great lobby. The beds are very comfortable and the staff is very friendly.
