Everything about this hotel was just amazing. The staff were so kind, helpful, and incredibly attentive. Any time I called for something, they had it sent to the room within minutes — it felt like nothing was too much trouble. Even after we checked out, they let us use a shower room so we could freshen up before our flight, which was such a thoughtful touch. The whole experience felt smooth and relaxed, and everyone we spoke to made us feel genuinely welcome. If you’re coming to Santorini, I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. It made our trip even more special.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff were so welcoming and polite, they went above and beyond throughout our stay. The hotel is beautiful, two main pools and plenty of sun-beds. The room was lovely and spacious, we even had a private pool. The beach and main strip of bars and restaurants were a 2 minute walk away. I’d highly recommend!

Excellent staff overall. Good facilities with enough sunloungers for guests. Rooms could be bigger though - felt small for 2 people on a beach holiday

So amazing and lovely. Breakfast was great, looked forward to it daily! Close to the local beach, shops and restaurants in Kamari. Staff are so welcoming, so attentive. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend.

Great place to stay Fantastic staff especially at reception

Comfortable & tasteful. Since it was off-season, facing the pool was very quiet. The design is soothing & the room is laid out in a practical & pleasant manner with a good setup for drinks & snacks. Negatives: bedside table was too small & suspended light was in the way, and parking was difficult. Wonderful breakfast! Lovely staff, esp. Theodora at reception.

Un peu déçu de la chambre en arrivant qui se voyait sur nos visages, Chara est revenu moins de 5 mn après notre arrivée pour nous changer de chambre. Du coup cela a changé notre séjour et nous étions très content. Merci Chara ! L’hôtel est situé à moins d’une mn à pied des rues piétonne où se trouvent les magasins , bars et restaurants et moins de 2 mn de la plage. L’hôtel est super et franchement l’eau chauffée de la piscine extérieure est un vrai plus pour profiter au maximum du moment. Merci au reste de l’équipe Margarita Théodore et le bagagiste Alex ! Outstanding in all areas. The pools, bedrooms and hotel is beautiful. The food has a good variety, specials each evening. Staff are always happy to help.

Staff was very accommodating I had a two night stay for m th bday at first the room I booked on e pedia was sold out but they did everything they can do to correct the situation. Next day I was able to get my room and they even left a birthday surprise I do want to say the girls who work at the pool bar were amazing!! I appreciate tjem making me feel welcome ajdbturnjng around my trip.
