All is good. apartment so big with 2 BR. Clean and comfortable with massage chair. But the cleaning fee is expensive 100rm for 3 nights but they don't even clean the room even once. I will definitely back again.

A spacious 2-bedroom apartment with very complete facilities. The rooftop pool is fantastic.

aptnya boleh sebagai alternatif menginap kalau mau ke Rs island dan loh guan lye. jalan kaki santai ke loh guan lye sekitar 20 menit. naik grab sekitar 6-7 menit dan harganya Rm 6 sekali trip. kalau pulang ke apt grabnya juga sama. dekat sana ada hawker masakan melayu dari perempatan belok kanan jalan kaki sekitar 5 menit yang menuju ke loh guan lye. mini market kaga keliatan. jadi kalau pergi ke mall yah sekalian beli2 air galon dan cemilan. ke hawker terkenal seperti new world dan new lane naik grab Rm 6 dari apt. ke queenbays mall sekitar 25 mnt harga 18 Rm. dan ke gurney plaza Rm 8. cukup nyaman kesana. sore2 berenang di kolam renangnya juga cukup bagus dengan pemandangan city view dan bisa liat selat malaka dengan jembatan penghubung. sangat cozy dan stay dengan anak2 kecil juga masih ok dan harga menginapnya juga kaga terlalu mahal utk 2 kamar queen bed size. ukuran kamarnya cukup besar dengan ruang tamu, kitchen, oven dan mesin cucinya juga sangat nyaman dan luas.

Everything was good, just a MYR100 cleaning fee, which was surprising. I thought the price on the app was net, but it wasn't, so I was a bit disappointed.

The view is nice, but the built-in stove cannot be used. So it is less effective in terms of time, only an electric stove can be used. And there is no rice cooker. So if you cook, you have to be patient

Cool and comfortable. The cleanliness is okay. The location is near the mall. The only mistake is that the cleaning fee is charged to us and it is too expensive.

Check-in was a bit complicated, I was still confused because there was no reception 🙏.

A good apartment to spend time with family. Clean and very comfortable. Complete tableware, but my suggestion is to provide a ricecooker in this apartment. Recommended for those who want to stay in Penang for a long time. The apartments also responded very quickly. Thank you.

The room is very clean. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an internet TV. There is a kitchen with dishes and spoons provided. There is also a washing machine. The mountain view room is very beautiful. Chankin-out method is very easy👍

Hotel is very good unfortunately we have to pay another RM100 for housekeeping and RM300 for deposit and it has to be transferred immediately and this makes everything so expensive and we hardly to repeat to stay.

Apart from paying in the application, there is an additional fee that is required by the apartment, which is to pay 100 RM for cleaning. The deposit money is not returned, while we leave the apartment it is very neat and clean but it is mandatory to still have to pay a deposit fee that is not returned.

The whole Apartment were clean and furniture, cabinet were all very new and superbly clean. There is a convenient shop with food and snacks that is just below the apartment which opens till 10pm daily. Security were helpful and friendly. Nice place to stay and will come back the next time.

The new Condo still feels homey, the atmosphere is comfortable, clean. Pretty relieved. There is a washing machine kitchen.

Very comfortable and clean God willing, very suitable for families who prioritize privacy.
