It is my worst experience in this brand of hotel, I tried to check in at midnight but the night staff was so mean to me. I used tin id card he still asked my other valid ID, I showed 2 valid ID he still asked for my passport, I showed my passport copy after. He asked me to written my name, email, and phone number to verify my personal identity. But I wasn't walk in guest. I booking through traveloka. I paid already. And system had my all details. But he still ask me to written down my information. He asked me to pay 3000 for security deposit and 500 for early check in. I have no doubt about the early check in charge but security deposit asked me 3000 pesos. In that time I don't have enough cash. I only have 2000 but I know the security deposit payment is 1500. But he don't want I check in immediately. He said not allowed to check in in the midnight. If want check in have to paid 1500 early check in charge and 1500 deposit. Or you wait until morning 8 am to check in just need 1500 deposit and 500 early charge. In thue experience. I would say bulls**t! I have never ever seen a hostel staff like this f**k mean to the guest.
