The food at the cafe restaurant is all delicious and the staff are friendly. TOP. The downside is, firstly, even though I ordered a deluxe non-smoking room, the smell of cigarettes still lingers. Then, the entrance sensor is weak, it needs to be fixed immediately, but the response of the front line staff (both reception and security) when they see guests having difficulty entering because the door won't open is not very fast, let alone apologize for the inconvenience.

I booked the wrong room, but the receptionist was able to resolve the issue. Keep up the friendly service. Thank you.

The right choice if you go to Palangkaraya

Hotel in the city center, close to everywhere, only about 20 minutes from the airport.

The room was clean, cool, and comfortable. However, upstairs, directly above my room on the second floor, there was a constant sound of tables and chairs scraping for hours in the middle of the night. It was very noisy, disrupting my sleep. Otherwise, the hotel was great.

This is our umpteenth time staying at this BW Hotel, a great choice for a family staycation. It's a 4-star hotel, but still relatively affordable compared to other 4-star hotels in Palangka Raya. Plus, it's located right in the heart of Palangka Raya.
