Friendly service, easy check in, usable wifi, clean room and amenities available (toothbrush, toothpaste, towels)

I've stayed here many times and never regretted it. I just got a room yesterday where the TV wouldn't turn on. The rest is great. The room is nice, clean, and the AC is cold. Good place, cove.

The room was damp and smelly. No comment on the room size. At the very least, a dehumidifier would be needed to prevent dampness in the walls and floor. The sheets and pillows were stained. The toilet pipes sometimes made noise.

Due to an activity, I was late checking my phone to renew my reservation. The manager entered the room, packed her things herself, and then took out her suitcase, even though she was only a moment late.

The room atmosphere is quite good and clean, only my towels for bathing smelled and were not suitable for use.

Okay. But it turns out the location is a bit far to find a restaurant. There's roadwork going on, so there's a lot of dust.

It's really great. The atmosphere is really homey.

There was no parking so I didn't stay on the 14th. The receptionist said I could just call Traveloka and get a refund. It turns out that after I called Traveloka, the hotel refused the refund. The hotel refused the refund even though I was told to stay without a refund, but it was the hotel that refused, which is hilarious.

The hotel staff is friendly & receptive to input.

The hotel is clean and very easy to access.

Information about parking is unclear, those who stay with cars are confused about where to park, already booked, already wanted a refund even before the refund application deadline, rejected, explanation of car space is not available on the last slide of the room photos, this place is strange, where I booked for 2 nights

A great place to stay for a quick trip, with easy access to street food.

When checking in, I was not informed that I could not bring a 4-wheeled vehicle for a daily stay, and when asked about the solution, the staff did not provide any solution. Finally, I decided not to stay even though I had paid.

The cool room is really nice and comfortable:') but it's just not soundproof enough, hopefully the room can be improved to be a bit more soundproof.
