Gym was in awful condition

Awesome hotel! Great hotel with nice amenities at an affordable price. The room was well decorated, modern and clean. The only thing the rooms are missing is a nice rug under the bed. Feels a little empty without a rug. Apart from that, my stay was excellent. Could not ask for more.

Clean, well managed service, nice location

From arrival to departure the staff were amazing. The hotel is clean and ultra comfortable and a short walk from the main city centre but far enough away to be quieter Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, it was excellent value for money

Check in was delayed by an hour as the room was not ready. Complimentary drinks provided whilst waiting. The double bed was very comfortable and the shower one of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Plenty of plug sockets. Reception always manned. Shame the restaurant was closed.

Beautiful hotel close from the oktogon metro and full of restaurants. Breakfast is various. Parking available on site. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed during my stay. Rooms and bed are confortable.

Decently located and nice room, but not up to the normal Eurostars high standards. The air condition was barely functional. First room was just hot, moved to a second room, started off ok, but then got hot, third room was not quite as bad, but the clearly weak hotel wide air con was just not conducive to a good night sleep, and it was 32C during the day, which is pretty common in the summer. Excellent shower, which was needed given the hot room.

Very nice room and great breakfast!

Very nice hotel in a good location. Aircon took a while to cool the room down, but once it did, we were very comfortable.

Hotel is aesthetically pleasant but I felt the price point did not match the quality. The lighting system in my room did not work fully, and the thermostat did not work at all. I told the front desk during a courtesy call and the response was "this is just a courtesy call to make sure the room is fine." I just informed them it wasn't, so it was a very odd, non-action response. It is a loud property as well - music blaring in the court yard at all times, doors slam shut constantly. Positives were the shower is very nice, the bed is comfortable, and the decor is modern and beautiful. Great location as well.
