Clean and spacious rooms. Air conditioning worked great. Spa massage was excellent.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location in Porto. Easy access to restaurants and shops, and a 5 min walk to the river. Staff great, rooms are fantastic. Only complaint is that our room was on the street, which could be very noisy at times.

This hotel is perfectly located in the city, and it so unique! It is modern and beautiful! The service was outstanding and the staff were all so kind and helpful. It was my husband and I's 15 year anniversary and this was the ONLY place that went out of their way to surprise us with a little gift in our room. It meant so much. I would highly recommend getting the room with the city/cathedral view, it hands down was unbelievable and made the experience top notch. Sofia was amazing and went out of her way to help us with reservations and other small details that just made our stay perfect. The only small thing to note; is there is not great bright light in this room's bathroom for any ladies that need this for makeup purposes (not sure how it is in other rooms).

The hotel and staff were fantastic. I would highly recommend the hotel.

This property is luxurious and centrally located. My only complaint is that noise insulation from other rooms inside the hotel is not great.

The most delicious meals, the most quiet and beautiful room, plus an amazing shower, the spa massage was extraordinary, the pools, sauna, and steam room, but the best part was the staff—-they made everything perfect. So very kind and helpful. Shout out especially to Marta(bar), and Julianna ( spa). Hate to leave.

The staff were extremely attentive and every need was catered for. The facilities were excellent and the location was perfect would definitely return.

Overall, a really nice property located in a very central location. A bit tricky if you have lots of luggage, as some taxis can’t bring you to the door. Beautifully renovated historical building with a good breakfast. Rooms were relatively clean, building layout was a bit strange (but that’s because of a renovated historical building) and staff were friendly and accommodating. No issues, a solid 8.5/10.

Excellent hotel, with brilliant facilities and wonderful staff

This was a beautiful property that is luxurious and quiet. The infinity pool is wonderful and the food was delicious.

We loved this hotel. The location is excellent. And the staff were super friendly and helpful. We especially loved the small surprise left in our room every afternoon.

Staff at the property were extremely welcoming and attentive the entire trip.

We enjoyed our three day stay. The location is great, the bed was very comfortable, great service, and excellent breakfast. Minor complaints- power outlets were not well positioned in our room and less-mobile travelers might have problems with some steps that one must pass to get to many of the rooms. All-in-all, a very enjoyable stay and we’d certainly stay again if we return to Porto.

The room was beautiful and spacious. The bathroom/shower very large, especially for Europe. The only hitch we had was the A/C was not working well in our room. They offered to move us to another room that was smaller. We opted to stay in the larger room as it had a balcony and we left the doors/windows open. It was fine the first night but the second night was very loud outside.

This is the best place I’ve stayed in a long time. The welcome we received (port tasting, conversation, upgrades) is beyond what you get at other hotels. The facilities are great. Indoor pool, sauna, steam and fitness room all great. It’s right in the heart of old town Porto and a 5 min walk to the river front. Tons of food, attractions and more around.
