Check un was quick and easy. The check in lady was professional, helpful, friendly and very kind.

It was a good hotel overall. The ambience was great as well as the amenities. However, our room was far from clean. Sheets and towels were dirty. Called housekeeping to inform them. They came and made up the bed with the same dirty sheets and brought towels with hair on them.

We booked a room for a wedding we were attending. Upon arrival, staff was really nice and accommodating. We were able to do an early check in, but when we got to the room, the room had no AC. We were drenched in sweat waiting for someone to fix the AC. Eventually, they did end up fixing it, but the AC was not fully running. Room was not very clean, we found some unused underwear hanging. My friend who had booked the room next to us also encountered

Very clean, all the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. In a great location, you can walk to several restaurants and shops. Very easy to get an Uber if desired. The rooftop pool was beautiful.

Pool and bar on roof top was the best

Went for the rooftop pool but because of private events did not get to be up there much. I suggest you call ahead to make sure there are not any private events planned. Loud music played until midnight to 1am.

The staff was very nice

The property was conveniently located between Fort Lauderdale/ Hollywood Airport (about 10 minutes) and Fort Lauderdale beach (about 5 minutes). The property itself is modern, clean and has some good amenities. The pool was great and the room was very spacious.

I think our only disappointment was roof top bar was closed most of the time we were there. However you could go across the street and purchase your choice of food and drink and bring it up to pool area. So that was a win win. Mexican across the street was amazing food and drinks as well. We would stay here again before a cruise or after. It was relaxing and enjoyable.
