Comfortable stay very close to Sandown beach

The check-in staff were not aware of the details of our reservation, which led to confusion about the type of room we had booked. Despite this issue, the staff remained helpful and did their best to assist us.

Convenient and walkaable from the Sandown beach.

Due to some reason, Had to move to other hotel but everything was good.

It was good we booked around 16 rooms and it was easy check-in. There is a pub just on the other side of the road which can be a bit of a problem for loud music. Overall good experience

Lovely owner, has done really well renovating the hotel. For the budget price it is well turned out and very friendly staff.

It was smelly. Hairs on bed and did not changed bedsheets. Heating was not working. We could not sleep whole night. Toilet tank was making too much noise.

Not the first time I’ve stayed here lovely hotel staff go above and beyond extremely friendly staff will always help if needed I highly recommend a stay here I certainly will be returning thank you to them all.

Very comfortable beds , lovely big room , upgraded to deluxe room, nice toilet shower , close to the beach/ shops

The hotel is great for everything. The beach is near the bus services and high street shops all nearby. Above all the staff were so friendly and helpful with absolutely everything. Purchase the breakfast as it is lovely to eat but also to sit in and take what you need.

1 - Very poor pressure in the shower even when turned up full. 2 - Limited breakfast time due to staffing 9 till 10. No use when having an early start. 3 - Very limited parking. Had to use local carpark which timed out at 8am. 4 - Incredibly thin walls, no good for a light sleeper.

Staff totally lacked customer service. I could hear something rustling on the corner of the room in the night, which meant I didn't get a good night sleep . All in all , I was very happy when we checked out the next morning ..
