Encore is a very smart comfortable residence within easy walking of Cavill Avenue and the shops and restaurants of Broadbeach. The apartments are all very well spaced and equipped, and the lovely recreation area with gym, pool, jacuzzi and sauna are perfect for everyone to use.

Lovely property, the only issue was the third bedroom had no hanging cupboard, which was very strange...was it a 3 bedroom or 2 bedroom and a study, with a bed in it? Parking for our second car in the street was difficult too. The property and facilities were amazing, heated pool, spa, gym and sauna

Great location, price and service. Perfectly located to restaurants and the beach

For a relatively new property, that isn't in a large pool of options. I was a little unimpressed, they're only little things but do add up when you are paying a premium for a 3 bedroom place at hotel rates. The sliding door could hardly be operated, couch pillows had stains on them, no plug for the bathtub and cardboard wedged in the shower cable to hold in place.

Loved our stay here with our family! Great location which is walking distance to tram, beach, cafe, parks, shops & convention centre. Pool was fabulous for the kids & everything was clean & modern.

Sadly apartment wasn’t cleaned properly - broken toilet seat, other small things showing cleaner didn’t take much care and attention

Overall, it is a very nice place to stay. Walking distance to Broadbeach and to surfers. Clean and safe neighbourhood.

The best accommodation ever in Gold Coast

Beautiful and elegant hotel, very friendly staff and extremely clean and well kept.

Nice property, great value and well located for beach, shops etc. and the staff are friendly and helpful. I'd happily stay here again. The only reason I'm not giving Encore five stars is that the gym floor never seems to get cleaned, and my 19th floor room had a few issues like a leaky Nespresso machine, broken bathroom strip light and a dead Dyson vaccum.

Due to the cyclone we only stayed one night but lovely room and great rooms, easy walking to shops/dining.
