Estacionamento caro pela demora dos frentistas entregar o carro! 1 dia tive que esperar 30 minutos! Camareiras conversando no corredor enquanto estava dormindo,Toalha bem áspera e lençóis de cor bem escuro! Coisas que poderiam melhorar com facilidade! Café da manhã muito bom! Academia maravilhosa, area da piscina bem cuidada, recepção com funcionários bem educados! No geral um Excelente hotel para ficar pois estar perto do centro de Belo Horizonte e bairro vizinhos! Quem gosta da noite está perto de uma rua que tem muitos bares bons! Não precisa sair de carro para comer uma boa comida!

I had a wonderful experience! Great hotel with clean and comfortable beds, quiet, soundproof windows, delicious breakfast buffet, friendly and helpful staff. 1 week stay. Highly recommend.

This is a very Nice hotel, price is right, the staff and service are great, breakfast very nice, It is simple it is in a busy road but restaurantes nearby. It is clean but noise. I recomend.

I only can say good things about receptionists at this hotel. They go on and beyond to accommodate us. If you are in Belo Horizonte- Mina’s Gerais I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the people at the front desk for helping me in my urgent need. Muito obrigada! Thank you to Mr Gomes from the restaurant for his kindness and affable conversation! Location, near shopping, bars and restaurants, nice staff and great breakfast, Mr. Moises, Mr. Gomes and all employees were very friendly, frigobar at our room were full of free bottles of sodas, waters, juices… overall a great stay!

My husband and I stayed at granvivenzo hotel for few weeks it was the best, everything was perfect from the lobby, the valet guys to the cafeteria where we had an amazing breakfast with fresh cut fruits, bakery, coffee and bottles of water, I meant it was The best ever-if I could just remember everyone’s name to give them up A+ Cibely Gabriel aderlaine Jennifer Wesley Fabiana (Night Shift) I’m missing the name of them I’m sorry and thank you for the great stay when I’m Belo Horizonte

Café da manhã é muito bom com enorme variedade. Atendimento dos colaboradores muito bom. Mas dessa vez, o chuveiro estava gelado, e a água vazando na fresta da porta do box, pedi para olharem e nada foi feito. Piscina estava suja. Eu havia me hospedado em julho e voltamos pela qualidade, que dessa vez deixou a desejar.

Hotel excelente! É a segunda vez que vou a BH para realizar concurso e a primeira vez em que me hospedei no Gran Vivenzo. Funcionários bem cordiais e solicitos. Tudo muito limpo e arrumado no quarto. Sem contar a cortesia oferecida pelo hotel (água, suco e refrigerante no frigobar), uma forma de cativar o cliente ainda mais. O café da manhã: EXCELENTE! Variedades de opções no café da manhã e tudo muito saboroso (iogurtes, frutas e café à vontade), sem contar o funcionário Sr. Gomes extremamente solícito e com um sorriso largo cativando a todos. Voltarei, com toda certeza! Recomendo demais!

Adoramos a estadia. Funcionários super simpáticos e atenciosos Limpeza nota 10 Quarto super confortável Voltaria com certeza. Ficamos na suite superior e tinha na geladeira de cortesia, 3 águas, 3 refrigerantes e 1 suco. Café da manhã muito bom. Tinha de tudo. Bastante farto. Não esquecendo das funcionárias do restaurante, das recepcionistas e dos manobristas da garagem.
