Great location

Excellent location. Great view on the lake from the room. Rooms are a little bit outdated, but in good condition. The property is well kept and maintained.

It was our second time at this lovely hotel. We will come back as many times as we can.

My husband and I traveled from the United States, and staying here was a wonderful experience for both of us! Check-in was easy even with COVID-restrictions. All of the employees were very helpful, and even helped us find directions for our evening plans and COVID testing information. Lovely atmosphere along the water, and the view was incredible! Would love to stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Switzerland.

We were very happy with this hotel--the rooms are basic, but clean. The staff is VERY helpful, and the locatoin can't be beat!!

Cannot find a single negative aspect here. Great location on the waterfront that is car free, view on the lake is exceptional. Adjoining restaurant is excellent. It may still be Swiss but you are in Italy! You must walk this small town to realy see it. Cars are useless here. We stayed two days in early November 2011 and even if there was rain, we enjoyed every second. Staff speak at least four languages and has class and charm that are not made up! We were elated!

Tolles Hotel an super Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Essen war auch sehr gut. Wir werden bestimmt wieder gehen.

Würde wieder in diesem Hotel absteigen. Es liegt direkt am See mit herrlicher Aussicht. Preis Leistung top!

Schlucht und gut

Die Lage ist natürlich Traumhaft. Allerdings ist die auf der Promenade stattfindenden Gespräche von Passanten, Musik der Restaurants usw zu hören. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und spartanisch eingerichtet und klein.

Empfang herzlich, Zimmer sauber, Essen prima👏👏 Service angenehm und freundlich, Lage so toll! Wir kommen wieder 👍🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️
