For the first time I chose to pay at the property through hotels.com. That was a drastic mistake. This hotel pulled out the funds for my hotels.com charge my credit card for it but when I arrive, they charge me regular room rate on top of that and they said that was their policy. I had a two room stay that was close to $400 booked through hotels.com. However, when I got there, they charge me for two more rooms at their normal rate, which was another $400. And they said that was their policy that they had to bill me for their rooms when they’ve already been paid. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Everything about our stay was great, from the desk staff to the cleanliness of the hotel and room itself. We had a very quiet stay and will definitely choose this location again. Breakfast was also very, very good with plenty of options.

It was well taken care of and the staff was so helpful. Only complaint was the bathroom showers are older and wallpaper needs help. But will definitely stay there again!

Every thing at this location was excellent stai was great. I would recommend this location it has a shopping center in walking distance.

Great stay, able to take care of business from the room. Excellent space, clean and comfortable, great location with every type of shopping nearby.

The place was clean upon arrival. We were greeted with pleasant staff even though we arrived (checked-in) at 9 pm. The facility provided breakfast though the breakfast was the exact same both days (a little variation would have been nice). All staff we encountered was nice. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. We did get what seemed one towel to be dirty or stained with red markings. We also noticed the bed sheets filled with what looked like pet hair. Based on these two things (the towel and bed sheets) I’m not sure how well the washers are actually cleaning/washing the linens.

Room was very clean and front desk was friendly and helpful. Coffee was cold both mornings of our stay. The hair dryer in our room 305 had no heat. Those were just small things though. Overall our stay was great

Front desk staff brought out fresh coffee at 3 am for our drive to Lexington tx to wait in a BBQ line. Above and beyond!

The Hotel is typical for Holiday Inn. Staff is wonderful. Very happy and helpful. The 1 and only complaint is the noise from floors above. I would suggest choosing a room on top floor.

It’s a good hotel, but the people staying above our room couldn’t keep it quiet , I couldn’t even take a nap. I don’t know if they had kids but was a nonstop stomping all day and night
