Everything about this hotel is good, unfortunately, the room’s sound insulation is bad. I can hear 2-3 Chinese women talking very loudly in the next door room. Cannot sleep well on my last night at the hotel.

The room is spacious for unpacking 2 large luggage, which is super rare in Japan budget hotels. The experiences from staying in this hotel are wonderful. The area is close to Kyoto Station, but a little bit hard to look for a convenient restaurant to eat that is close to the hotel.

We chose this hotel because it is close to Kyoto Station. In addition, there are extra seats to sit by the window while having breakfast from a convenience store. Not too cramped like other cheap hotels in the city center. The bed and duvet are comfortable, the pillows are also very soft.

I love this hotel. The hotel looks new and modern. There is a spacious place downstairs where you can hang around with friends. The staff was helpful. The location is superb. Close to Kyoto station and the surrounding is great-near lawson and donki. The hotel amenities are great. We got pajamas as well. Room size was OK. They kept everything clean and tidy. I would love to come back for sure!
