Highly recommend

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is a fun place to stay while in New York. It's in the heart of everything and convenient to the train station. The bar is very loud, but we are older, so it would probably be appealing to younger people.

This place is amazing, definitely coming back.. staff are next level from when I pulled up I had a gentleman named David who was valet for the Hardrock hotel he was super nice and easy to work with, I never did valet before but they seemed very trustworthy so I did and it was great!!! After checking in the hotel room was super nice.. the rooftop bar and lounge was amazing definitely recommend for a night or two!!!!

The room was very clean, room service was excellent dry polite staff and we never had a problem with our order.
