Gorgeous, very clean, accessible and super comfy hotel with lots of amenities (premium toiletries, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and you can even order a specialty pillow ?!). The beds were so comfortable and having a heat pump in the room was a really nice touch. Really close to Wynyard/Viaduct while still being very quiet and private. Has a pool, spa, nice courtyard, well equipped gym and spa - a total package. Real highlight was the staff - they were so incredibly kind and very accommodating to special requests, even if they were busy. Really appreciated them. One thing to note is the Deluxe room has a pretty open shower/toilet area - may not be suitable for friends who aren't so close, but I went with my partner so it was no problem. Loved our stay and will now be a top hotel pick if we need any in the area!

It has a great location for Aucklands waterfront.

Quirky property, doors to balconies made room feel light and airy (even in Auckland winter's sunny day). Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of interesting items sprinkled around the common areas. Bed comfortable, room temp comfortable with quiet air con. Easy wifi connect feature. Bathroom glass made good use of space, felt roomy and was still private. Keeping water in shower area was an issue, as a small pool ran in to toilet area. Plenty of towels. I didn't like the shared shower toilet door, but not a big deal. Overall, good use of space, comfortable and fun place to stay while out adventuring during day.

Great stay, sliding bathroom door between toilet really noisey and not overly private. Awesome bed had a great sleep. Nice central location.

The staff were great, very friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was small but had everything we needed. I wouldn’t stay here again as the shower, toilet and basin were not in a bathroom, they were part of the room. The toilet and shower door was glass with only part of it shaded so you could basically see and hear everything. You could be watching tv and see and chat to whoever was in the shower or on the toilet!

We had a wonderful stay at Ohtel. It is 2min walk to Viaduct Harbour. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and a 24hr minimart nearby. The hotel room has very cheerful decor. We booked with breakfast which was delcious. The parking is secured parking underground. The pool and gym is shared facilities with a condo. Staff during check in and breakfast was pleasant abd professional.

Great value! Short walking distance to bars and restaurants as well as places like the Sky Tower. Hotel room was spotless and well equipped, some lovely complimentary touches. Breakfast included was a bonus! Full cooked breakfast with coffee and juice was lovely. Would recommend and stay again!

Great stay only thing we were disappointed in was that we tried to call reception a few times to order our breakfast and no one answered. We paid extra for the breakfast and didn't receive so was pretty disappointing but other than that the hotel was a nice stay.

Location is good, close to Queen's Street, Breakfast was amazing, the front desk staff very helpful and friendly.

We appreciated all the staff interactions. They were more than accommodating when we arrived early in the day. Breakfast options and service were excellent. The eco-friendly emphasis and attention to detail in decor were delightful. Excellent value and convenient amenities.

Great location near the waterfront -- and all its activity, restaurants, and museums. Hotel has a nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Small, boutique-style hotel limit on-site dining offerings -- but so many restaurants nearby.
