Very friendly staff, bathroom amenities are only towels, 2 sachets of zinc shampoo, there are handsoap and soap (no toothpaste, toothbrush and toilet tissue) the room does not provide mineral water (water is available in the corridor floor dispenser) when arriving there were 2 small cockroaches when turned off there was another 1 (there must be a special treatment for pests) for praying is difficult (when searching for the Qibla in the application there is really no space) it seems that the makers did not think about Muslim worship. there is an elevator so it is not tiring if you get a top floor and for TV you can watch YouTube and Netflix, fast wifi

The location is very close to Bandung Station. Just cross the north exit and walk a short distance. For the price, the quality is quite good. Pros: 1. The room and toilet are clean, tidy, and comfortable. 2. The free Wi-Fi is quite fast. 3. There is an elevator (rare in budget hotels). 4. The staff is friendly, informative, and helpful. 5. There is no breakfast, but it is close to restaurants, culinary centers, and souvenir shops. Cons: 1. There is no bath mat. 2. There is a Smart TV, but it is a bit slow (not too disturbing). 3. The room's free space is quite small (still comfortable to stay in). Conclusion: Overall, it is very good for the price. Recommended for those on a budget.

The hotel is nice. The room is okay, the Wi-Fi is fast, there are towels, blankets, soap, and shampoo. Toothbrushes aren't provided, and there's drinking water in the dispenser. We found one small cockroach during the cleaning process, but it seems like it's on patrol. The receptionist is good and friendly. And best of all, it's close to the station (across the street), which is great for getting around. I'll be going there again next time. Thanks, Sunmoon. Hopefully the service will improve.

My first time staying here, it was quite good for the low price. However, because I stayed on a weekend, it was relatively expensive with mediocre amenities. However, the hotel is close to the train station and has plenty of easily accessible food options.

Sunmoon is a typical transit hotel, with very limited amenities, but it's sufficient for travelers transiting from Bandung Station/Damri Pool to/from other cities in West Java.

Highly recommended. First time staying here, very satisfied. Friendly service, clean room, clean sheets, blankets, towels, fragrant. I checked in earlier than scheduled and was not charged, the hotel's WA was fast response. Awesome. Next time I go to Bandung, I'll go there again.
