All was very nice

when i arrived there was a dirty towel in the washroom, seems someone was using the room and left it there. i had booked this room one day early. so it should have been cleaned and available for me. the day before i checked out the room was not cleaned, i called the front desk and requested clean towels, they never arrived.

Very clean and nice service

Hotel Distrito ZF made me wait outside at 5 am for an hour! No apologies, it was hugely inconvenient. Trying to get through the security gate was a nightmare and completely ruined our stay. The staff members were rude.

I do not think I have been treated better at any hotel than I was treated here. Pristine personal and facilites. I will find it hard to look for a better place than this in the zone. 10/10
