Great staff and amenities!

Staff very helpful and friendly

My best friend and I stayed here for one week and cannot say enough amazing things about the staff and stay! :) The room is large, well appointed and the rain shower /bathroom features were top notch. The room includes amazing storage and the details of fresh cookies, large bottled water and espresso in the room just adds to the daily experience of this place being a boutique hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb and very comfy beds ensured a restful sleep and we were ready to explore for a full day. The staff are the heart and soul of this place. We had the best service and Alberto was always there to assist with recs and suggestions. The friendliness of the staff and their genuine care is unmatched. We had the buffet breakfast our first and last day. The quality of the food and variety of options is the best we have ever had. I am not typically a hotel breakfast person but the fact you can order food as well as take what is offered, which includes fresh juices and a full cafe bar is unreal. I lost the paper with the names of the servers we had, but can attest to their incredible service and hospitality. The location is perfect and serine as it is in the heart of Belem with so many local restaurants where we could really get a sense of the city and community. Will look forward to the next time we get to stay here.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at many hotels. Everything was on point and the customer service was unmatched. Other hotels should send delegates to learn a little bit about hospitality from Wine and Books Belém Lisboa.

W&B’s a great hotel and restaurant. Staff members and management were so nice and welcoming! Smooth check in process, beautiful and modern rooms and an excellent restaurant/dining option. Everyone during our stay were just simply amazing and couldn’t ask for a better experience towards the end of our vacation/holiday in beautiful Portugal.

Super clean, staff is fantastic, close enough to uber around but far enough that you don’t hear all the down town noise. Wish we had a higher floor but nothing to lose sleep about. Gym was immaculate too!

Excellent service throughout stay but too much smoking on outdoor balconies and eating area if you are a non smoker.

Lovely place Luxuriously appointed great wine

The staff was extremely helpful, organized a rental car for us and complimentary glasses of wine to welcome us upon arrival. Will definitely stay at a wine and books next time we go to Portugal.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, both day and night shifts. The hotel provided a dog bed, bowl, and treats for my service dog. Just wow! Everyone I interacted with went above and beyond. Great shower and the bed was comfortable

Great hotel in a fantastic area of Lisbon. A short stroll down the hill and you will find yourself in a beatiful praca with the original bakery of the Pastel de nata. One of the best pieces of pastry youll ever have. Across the street are a row of resaurants and over the boulevard is a historic monastary. The staff at the hotel are amazing and provided support for us to get local recommendations and helped make a case to get the airline to refund us for delayed flights and missed nights at the hotel.
