Great hospitality with all staff, beautiful property right by the beach and would definitely stay here again

I would like if the Ritz would provide complimentary transportation to some of the restaurants and shopping.We payed 60 dollars to go to Vita on the Rocks one way (we got ripped off by taxi driver)they take advantage of the tourists which I didn’t like.But will return with a different game plan on eating which is very expensive also,and screening taxi driver fares the next time we come,the water there is the best I’ve seen and very inviting.

this hotel was so amazing that they discovered the fact that I had left my phone there and notified me and returned it. Also, some medication that I left in the cupboard and were FedEx me overnight. Also, the housekeeper accidentally threw out my contact box and they went to a local optic shop and gave me 20 free contacts amazing I usually say it the four seasons but I found this Hotel superior.

Our stay was very good. The hotel is very clean, the room is very spacious, the gastronomy excellent. We had the Opportunity to meet the manager of the Hotel due to a situation we had he did excellently well with us he was our guide and thanks to him we did not miss the excursion we had because we were late. We thank you again.

Perfect vacation location

Wonderful stay. Only issue was pool water felt like a hot tub. Beach water was way cooler.

We had a great week long stay in late August; yes it’s hurricane season but there are hardly any tourists around!!! Great staff at the Ritz:Including Latoya and Theresa at the restaurant and Calvin at the pool. This was our second stay and WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Catianna in reception was exceptional. So welcoming. Appreciated the recognition that we were returning guests…room upgrade, prosecco and strawberries to celebrate our 43rd anniversary. A pleasant surprise. We will be back!

Resort was nice but even being a Bonvoy Titanium member, didn't receive any perks. - NO lounge access for Titanium member $175 per day fee - Did not get early check-in, even though they kept saying the room was ready hours before, but housekeeping needed to "inspect". - Restaurants on property were nice and good, but very pricey. - Staff kept saying they would check why early check-in, upgrades, etc. weren't offered, but never followed-up. - Housekeeping, Spa, food outlet staff were great! - Went there for a big milestone birthday and even let them know in advance, they didn't offer anything, so not sure why they even asked for special occasions. - Pros - spa access is free for hotel guest - Pros - some water activities are also free, ie. paddle boarding, kayak, but water was too choppy to use. - Pros - staff helps setup beach chair towels and offer some light snack - ie watermelon, popcorn, etc. - Pros - close walking distance to shops, restaurants, and market.

Wanted to book somewhere with enough onsite dining and amenities to feel no need to leave the beat beach in the Caribbean, and this was provided.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Onsite restaurants were delicious!

The Ritz Carlton has the best of the best from staff to the architectural to cleanliness everything is 5 star plus
