Absolutely beautiful! We are going to be regulars!

Everything was really good apart from a couple of things. Minor aggravation checking in as staff all on the phone for too long with customers waiting but that wasn't overly bad. Breakfast was excellent food and great choice but zero service even though a lot of staff. Empty plates not picked up and not just our table. Staff just kept walking past. No offer of tea or coffee. Apart from that it's a really nice hotel.

We loved our stay at the hotel. The hotel was amazing. From the location close to the train station and in the heart of the city yet so quiet inside, to the beautiful decor, the welcome at the reception, to the friendly cleaners that worked on our rooms, the very comfortable beds,to the excellent breakfast! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Cardiff.

Lovely hotel, good service and helpful staff. Good location to explore the city on foot. It would have been nice if we could have booked in earlier that 4 pm, but only a minor point

Lovely one night stay after attending an event in Cardiff. Hotel was spotlessly clean, all the team were welcoming, good nights sleep. Breakfast good, check in and check out were seamless experiences. Would not hesitate to return.

No parking onsite, no one at front door, tried to call for hours prior to arrival for food order, no answer. On a pleasant check in front desk. Limited room service.
