My flight got canceled and I wasn’t able to come To New York and this hotel did not want to refund me my money !!

Great property overall. The rooftop was really beautiful. I paid around $1400 per night towards the end of July. I would say the price and overall design of the room weren't worth what I paid. The room was spacious and the bathroom was beautiful but the sleeping area was very lackluster and the view was pretty mediocre.

Alls well at the NOMAD Ritz. Stayed at this property twice in June, 2025 and the staff and restaurants are top notch.

I loved how quiet it was.

This was probably the 10th time staying at this hotel, and the experience has always been sub-par. Phones are not picked up by any member of staff, in-room dining takes at least 30 minutes to deliver a set of cutlery and a can of soda, and if you order food, it takes at least 10 minutes for them to call you and notify you that it is in the lobby. During this trip they even forgot to clean the room one day and after arriving to the room past 9pm, no one in their staff noticed that service had not been done. We had to request a cleaner, which took another 40 minutes to be sent to our room. Nothing about this service is 5 stars or worth the price.

So amazing. Common areas are spectacular and we felt right at home and so welcomed by the friendly staff. Our room was fabulous - the view from the 31st floor absolutely breathtaking. Loved the serene and modern bathroom. The roof top lounge at night - wow. I’ll definitely be back.

The staffs are not nice. This hotel is $1600 per night hotel and they supposed to be nice. Especially the door man
