Our overall stay was good. The rooms are clean with beautiful ocean views. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent customer service. The hotel was updated super nice and clean. Lovely to wake up to a beach side view. Room was big enough with a small kitchen. Plenty of space to move around and relax.

Love the location and recently renovated but still doesn’t feel like great value for the cost.

TV difficult to figure out, not enough light in the room, bedside table light didn’t work and the bathroom sink drained very slowly

Wonderful oceanside hotel,newly upgraded,looks and feels fresh,clean and modern.Staff were excellent and uplifting (not giving attitude).totally recommend for stay at Parksville BC.

Hidden Gem! We had a wonderful stay! The pricing is great, the ocean views are beautiful, and everything was clean and newly renovated. It’s quiet, yet all amenities are within walking distance. The staff was fantastic—I could go on and on. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing, hassle-free getaway.

Beach view and access out our door was amazing. Large room. We were on ground level, could hear people walking around upstairs, wasn't terrible though and would definitely stay ground level again just for the access out the patio door. This location is perfect, close to shops, stores mini golf.
