Room was clean and staff very helpful. But, I was surprised how small the room was and was expecting at least a drawer to place clothing but only had a small closet space. The breakfast was very good but gets really packed without much arm room to move around.

Het uitzicht was geweldig vanaf de 41e verdieping waar wij zaten. De kamer is niet ruim voor 4 personen, we hadden gelukkig maar 2 grote koffers. Je bent echter maar weinig op je kamer, dus geen probleem.Het was er schoon en dagelijks werden de handdoeken verschoond. Het ontbijt is goed georganiseerd, je wordt naar een tafel gebracht wat het niet zo chaotisch maakt. Er was voldoende keuze qua ontbijt. De straat is in Manhattan maar is best rustig en je merkt niets van de drukte. Een echte aanrader!

Close to the subway and you can get around the city easily. Good restaurants and bars close bar. Generally safe area to walk around at night as a woman in NYC

Went to tennis' US Open and stayed in Midtown. You cannot beat SpringHill's location for traveling to Flushing while enjoying the best Manhattan has to offer.

El personal de front desk, hablando entre ellos, no les importa nada… Destaco al resto del personal de limpieza desayuno etc… super antentos y esucados, lo opuesto al front desk.

Hotel was centrally located, loved the location. The staff were very nice and friendly. Very close to subways. A few negative about the hotel is the rooms are super, super smalls, online pictures made the room appear bigger, then they are which is very deceiving. Wish breakfast had more options.

Great location next to 2 MTA stations and close to Penn Station. A short distance to Empire State building and Koreatown. The hotel is directly across from a great taco shop called El Prieto which opens until 1AM so great spot for a late night snack. The breakfasts are decent but does get a bit crowded around 9AM. The rooms are rather small but I think that is pretty typical in the midtown NYC.

Very conveniently located. The concierge was super accommodating and let me check in early.

Reserved two rooms with king beds and neither was available. Only found this out when we got to our rooms. Staff could’ve told us when we checked in. Offered a small discount but not enough for the inconvenience. Won’t be going to there again.

Buen hotel, ubicación conveniente, habitaciones funcionales, camas cómodas, frigobar y microondas. Desayuno bueno para empezar el día. Personal muy amable en recepción, limpieza excelente Monica Rodriguez y todo el personal de desayuno, quien recibe y la encargada de arriba y su personal, siempre dispuestos. Segunda estadía en el hotel y volveríamos.

Great hotel!

The hotel is large, which means lots of activity in the lobby and sometimes a wait for the elevators, but not terrible. Room on the 37 floor was so nice, great view of the city. Quiet the higher the floor. Could not hear any traffic or city noises. Location was ideal for exploring midtown on foot, and access to two subway lines nearby. Would stay here again

The staff is there 24/7 and they are all so friendly and knowledgeable! The breakfast was also really good!
