Great location very close to Ost Bahnhof. Hotel was modern and clean. Good value breakfast. Unfortunately double bed was 2 sogles that kept separating . Very uncomfortable sleep.

Small room for the price, still nice decor as we love the black vibe but the lighting was inadequate as we could barely see in the mirrors. We are also used to having tea & coffee in standard rooms at other hotels.

Great stay

The hotel was hosting events but did not have adequate security. As a guest I had to wait 30 minutes to take an elevator to my room and random strangers that were not staying at the hotel were running up and down the hallways yelling slurs at me. I felt very unsafe and would not stay here again

Great, modern and clean hotel in an excellent location with a short walk to Ostbanhof and Holtzmarkt. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even though the room I booked was quite compact, I'd stay there again.

The stay and place was great, staff was friendly and helpfull, close to most of things (restaurant/museums/wall) only thing is that you have to pay for the parking and it not includes in the hotel 15 €

Good: courteous , super helpful, super friendly staff. Good location. Affordable. Very nice breakfast buffet. Extremely pleasant terrace/ garden. Bad: Shelf /cupboard space is too limited. Mattress was mediocre.

Overall good, but the fact that the AC is turned off during winter is not published on your site or on your Expedia listing. Plus, the WiFi is basically non existent and I could not do any work

Amazing location to access sights, nightlife and public transportation. Property has chic decor and a nice bar/restaurant. Rooms were comfortable and had all necessities with a Nespresso machine, mini bar and fridge. Staff were lovely and very helpful. This is my go-to hotel when visiting Berlin, can't wait to come back.

Great location across the street from the train/subway station. Close to East Side Gallery and music venues. Property seems quite new, really lovely design and aesthetic in the rooms and common areas. Excellent breakfast buffet with hot and cold foods, espresso machine and tea. Rooms had nice lighting, dark shades/curtains. No mini bar, coffee/tea supplies in the room and could use some more closet/drawer space but overall a great place at a great rate. Highly recommend!

Unsafe hotel with barely functional cooling that wraps it's beds in a plastic liner. Worst sleep in a very long time. We had locked the door with the deadbolt and a rude eastern European man in black simply opened the door and barged in unannounced. The deadbolt clearly did nothing. The hotel staff was dismissive when we asked for extra towels and help cooling the room below 24C. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

this hotel is an example of style over substance. It looks the part but is in fact nothing more than a posh hostel...the rooms are simply a bed. There is no fridge, no facilities to make a hot drink, not even a bottle of water. There is one choice of soap for everything in the bathroom and no other products. you can't eat or drink there outside of set hours, no room menu or service. There is no facility to even buy a drink or food (no vending machines) and it's not situated near any shops so out of hours you are stuck. the staff were cold to any request, almost laughing at me for asking where I could buy a bottle of water. If you order food delivery, you have to wait in reception until it arrives as there is no phone in the room. this hotel advertises itself as a 4 star hotel, but it's nowhere near and operates on the very basic level. Also one day I asked for my room to be cleaned, and only the bed was made, the maid didn't even go into the bathroom. Really - if you want this kind of experience go to the MIchelberger. If you want a REAL 4 star hotel, go ANYWHERE else.

Solo female traveler. Felt very safe and clean. Would definitely stay again.
