The room is horrible, so I'm not staying here.

Yesterday, November 1, 2025, I rented two rooms and was very disturbed by an extremely loud underground music event. The rooms needed some renovation as they looked dull, and the bathrooms looked dingy. I apologize for the bed bugs.

On November 1, 2025, I stayed here. It was extremely uncomfortable because the hall was rented for an underground music event that was very noisy and disruptive. I complained to the customer service, but they didn't respond, they even acted as if they didn't know. The event lasted until almost the early hours of the morning, and even then, we, the guests, had to reprimand the teenagers who rented the hall. There were no bathroom mats, and the mattresses squeaked. The swimming pool couldn't be used because it was being cleaned, even though it was a weekend with many guests.

The staff is friendly, the location is close to Jatim Park 1 and 2, just walking distance

The hotel staff is very friendly, the price is affordable but the facilities are complete, I will be a regular stay here.

Overall, the coverage everywhere is okay, it just needs to be improved in the facilities, for example towels, etc., other than that it is quite clean, the service is responsive and so on.

Overall, it's just a B hotel. Nothing special. The amenities are lacking, no soap, toothbrush, and toothpaste provided. The place is indeed close to Jatim Park 1 (via the side)
