The hosts at this property are so friendly and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. Everything was spotless and we had a lovely big room. Our breakfast in the morning was delicious. Sadly we had to leave early due to illness, but we will definitely be back. Thank you so much for your kindness, we would thoroughly recommend.

Superb in every way. Delightful hosts warm friendly welcome and nothing was too much trouble. My wife and daughter had a wonderful three comfortable nights in a spotlessly clean room. Breakfasts were A-mazing. And the best coffee from a B&B/Hotel I have ever had (and I have had a lot). 11 out of 10.

We had a fabulous weekend stay at 'Broadstairs House'. Nothing was too much trouble, and service always with a smile. The room was stylish and tasteful, with everything we needed for a weekend, and imacculately clean. Would not hesitate to return

Lovely (Underwood) room for 2 adults and 2 young children. Excellent welcome, and very helpful both with the children and with providing vegatarian / vegan breakfasts. Owner is a Kent cricket nut, as shown by the names of the rooms!

The hosts were wonderful as was the breakfast supplied in the morning! Lovely clean room with plenty of space for a perfect getaway.

Peter and Jenny were exceptional hosts, could not do enough for you, so helpful, even drove us to the train station when we were leaving. Breakfasts were amazing.

What a great place to stay in a lovely seaside town. Wonderful hosts who make their home your home. From excellent accommodation to a top notch freshly prepared breakfast you will not regret staying at Broadstairs house. We went 8 years between our previous visit and this one, it will not be that long before we return again! Just go......you'll love it!

Greeted by the lovely, enthusiastic Jenny for our fun one night stay. Great room, very welcoming couple, beautiful dog and the best Full English breakfast the next day I could have ever asked for! Really enjoyed ourselves.

We had an all too brief stay in this very comfortable, friendly, and roomy B&B. Our hosts were very welcoming and seemed to have thought about our every need. Quality of everything was very high. Breakfast, as everyone has said, was really good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our night at Broadstairs House. Very comfortable, clean and large room, great breakfast (which was huge!) and fantastic location a matter of minutes from the beach!

Excellent getaway for a couple. Coast is 5-10 minutes walk from Broadstairs House. Peter was a superb and very amiable host. He collected us from the train station (even after our train was delayed), gave us information and directions regarding things to do/see and made sublime hot breakfasts for the duration of our weekend stay.

We had a great stay. The host was friendly and helpful and nothing was too much. Bottles of water were available, from the fridge, all the time and a beach hut was available for booking. Our room was fine and bright and airy. Breakfasts were amazing with plenty of options.

Lovely weekend stay by the sea. Room was cosy with garden view. Great location, only few minutes to the town with good restaurants & pubs, good breakfast. Quiet house, hosts Peter & Jenny were friendly and professional. Worth another visit soon.
