The room smells, the bathroom is dirty and smelly, the sheets are dirty, lots of rubbish and cockroaches.. the floor is dirty.. the curtains can't be closed with broken glass... it's really bad, it's not suitable.

The room photos do not match the pictures. I think this is detrimental to the Customer. I hope Traveloka will check to ensure that the pictures posted match the ones that exist. As a Traveloka Customer, I feel CHEATED by this party.

Be careful ordering by cheapin property. Irresponsible, slow response, don't ever do it.

The smell of cigarettes, the AC is not cold, the staff took a long time to give the key, the new key was given at 5 pm when the check-in was supposed to be at 2 pm, it was deliberately delayed so that we wouldn't have to wait too long, but it turned out to be beyond expectations, we waited almost 3 hours to get a room in this room even though we've often stayed in this apartment, but this is the first time we've gotten a room that's not worth it, it's very disappointing

Strategic, there is a playground, a swimming pool for children too, the downside in my opinion is that there is no warm water, I don't know if all towers are the same, but in the tower where I stayed there was no warm water

A little past the overtime time is 50 thousand/hour, and no phone calls, only after the hour has passed will they call you.

Pesanan direspon cepat, namun kamar agak jorok ya. Bantal kuning sarung bantal dekil dibawah kasur sampah sama kaya ga disapu gitu ini pas barang jatuh ke sela2 kasur mau ga mau geser pas di geser kaget sampe geli mana ga ada sapu

Sangat senang habis lebaran bawa keluarga di Apartemen Springlake. Daripada bawa ke kolam renang lebih baik sewa kamar 1 bisa berenang sepuasnya.

Pengalaman yg sangat buruk. Pertama check in kunci akses rusak. Sehingga tidak bisa masuk kamar. Tidak ada recepetionis ditempat. Kamar bau dan bed cover kucel. Service center lelet dan penaganganan masalah lambat. Penanganane lelet.

Ya allah beda bgt am difoto, ga ada hordeng, ga ada handuk, gada hanger gada lemari, aduhh parah.

Unit bagus. Terkesan nyaman & clean. Akan kembali pesan di lokasi ini lagi.

Internet nya ga bisa tv cuma nyala aja, di tanyain ga respon ga ada handuk, ga ada sabun.
