Upon entering the room, the broom was placed near the door. The chair covers were dirty and torn, the walls were filthy, and the balcony door was difficult to open. It looked poorly maintained.

Hello, we apologize for the inconvenience. If there are any shortcomings, we will follow up and check to improve our service to guests continuously. For the broom, I apologize. I ask the staff to put it on the balcony every time and will check again. For the sofa cover, I would like to use the cleaning service because the sofa is velvet. For the wall, I will check which side is dirty because it is made of ceramic. The room is rented every day, so there is no time to clean. I will take my time cleaning the wall. The balcony door of every ventilated unit requires a little force to open, which is created by the developer.

Actually, it's nice, I like staying in this apartment, especially since my little brother is here too, but maybe the room I got was old, so it's a bit less clean for the sheets, then the mattress and the sofa bed cover, then the kitchen utensils are a bit less clean, but it's okay, the room is still comfortable, but if I may suggest, the sheets and covers that are dirty or the color has faded can be replaced. Thank you🥰

The entire process, from check-in to check-out, was very smooth. The information provided by the manager was very comprehensive. Access to the swimming pool and fitness center was easy, and access to Bintaro Plaza was also very convenient. The room amenities were also very complete: two towels were provided, the bed was soft, the refrigerator was cold, the water dispenser worked well, and the bathroom was clean. I had a bit of trouble turning on the hot water in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi was active, but the connection seemed to be slow. But other than that, my experience was very pleasant. Thank you!

Strategic location near bintaro mall. Easy access. AC is not cold enough. Coffee, sugar and tea can be provided. Quite complete facilities. There is a dispenser. Kitchen. Water heater.
