Enthusiastic, friendly and flexible staff to handle any arising situations. Really satisfied.

Perfect place to stay in. The location is near to almost everywhere. The hotel staff is so helpful and nice. They make all the accommodation to airport very well. Good job De La Soie!!! Will definitely go back here again when I am in Hanoi ☺

Everything is ok according to the price. The room door is not good. The room is very narrow. The room is divided into another room strangely. If you will go out late after midnight, do not stay here because the staff will lock the door from the inside. You have to shout to open it, which is very bad.

The staffs are really helpful. The room is small, but it's clean and comfortable. The location is good, in front of Hoan Kiem Lake. The bathroom is wudhu friendly. Really recommended.

It was a wonderful experience in Hanoi. The best location and service. I'll definitely stay at this place again for my next visit.
