The first time i stayed here was excellent but the second time they have water heater trouble and couldnt fix it till i check out so 4d3n we didnt get hot water from total 8d7n 😫😩😒😖😔🫣 The rest was good. Thx u. Next time i hope you already change your central waterheater.

The AC is dripping. Located near Seminyak Beach.

The roadside location is perfect. The rest is well worth the price. Just as I was about to check in, I was greeted by a cockroach in the hallway.

It's not bad, it's close to the beach, if you ride a motorbike it takes 3 minutes to get to Seminyak beach, it's a shame the breakfast isn't all you can eat, and the mineral water is a refillable gallon, but overall it's ok

I am a solo traveler staying 2 nights at this hotel. My experience during my 2 nights stay here is that the hotel is comfortable, the staff is friendly, the room is also comfortable & clean, the AC is very cold, the shower also works well from hot to cold. The location is also close to everywhere. It is indeed an old hotel but it's okay, luckily I got a good room near the elevator. Just a suggestion for this hotel, the motorbike parking area should be given a roof so that the motorbike doesn't get wet, the car parking area is not too large. Overall, it's okay for a cheap price but the location is close to everywhere in Legian and Seminyak.

When I go to Seminyak, I always stay at Primera because it's cheap, comfortable, and has parking for cars 😍

Everything is good, maybe there's a problem with the bathroom exhaust. Other than that, it's good.

The staff is very friendly and responsive. The AC leak was immediately fixed. Every time the housekeeping staff comes out, they always clean it and immediately change the sheets and towels. I stayed for a week. There is a water dispenser too, perhaps the downside for those with babies is that there is no kettle for hot water to sterilize baby bottles. But you can get hot water from the water dispenser. You can leave your luggage or packages. There is a minimarket in front, where is it close? There is a swimming pool and an elevator.

I've actually been here a few times. The location is strategic, and I like the cleanliness. Yesterday, I got a room that wasn't quite as clean, but so far so good.

The hotel is located in the heart of Seminyak, close to everything, including Double Six Beach and Seminyak. In front of the hotel is Circle K and Seminyak Market. It's very strategic, making it easy to get around. Motorcycle parking is also secure, as it's located inside the building.

It's actually comfortable...just the room isn't soundproof

Slow staff, especially reception, unilateral notification of sanctions regarding cigarette smoke that cannot be proven with different information based on assumptions not based on facts and data when asked for proof in the form of cigarette ash / cigarette butts. because the main basic information from the previous reception was cigarette butts. Thank you for the unilateral justification.

Staying here is very comfortable, good facilities and location with famous places in Bali.
