Overall experience was ok except the bathroom. The knob falls off and you can't fully switch from the shower to the bathtub water flow. Water came out from both outlets. I felt they can make better use of the big lake for more activities rather than leaving it idle. Didn't fix back the jetty or another structure which looks like a floating restaurant. It is really a waste.

The hotel is ok but it is starting to look like it is lacking maintenance, hopefully major maintenance and renovations can be done soon.

Heck, it's very slow. We stayed 20 minutes and three people at the reception had a problem with their system. You have to forget about the pool and the gym. There's nothing to walk around. You can't imagine a real resort.

the design is nice, room is big and comfortable. my kids really love the bathtub. just the pool looks dirty with mud. I know the concept is beach in city, but it's not clean. but I still enjoy my trip there

I really enjoy staying at Mines Beach Resort, the view is nice and the reception is very helpful. This is the best resort ⛵🌊 I really like. Who want to find a place and peace, come here. All the service is really good. I would really give 100 stars ⭐ and I recommend to all people to must try staying here.

Ancient hotel. This hotel needs an overhaul. It 's like a haunted mansion. The air conditioner was leaking, mirror rusty, bathtub can't keep water for baths. The swimming pool is suspiciously cloudy. The hotel staff especially front desk are low grade unprofessional annoying unhelpful that doesn't represent a five star resort. This place has potential.

It's perfect! We love everything there. We were allowed to late check out at 1pm. Wide variety of breakfast too! They even have shuttle van to The Mines, so you don't have to worry about your dinner!
