it turns out the apartment is quite complicated. there is no main lobby all enter from the basement, and if you want to go out you have to go up the iron stairs which are quite high, for pregnant women, the elderly, and children it is not suitable, if you want to order food online it is very difficult, because there is no customer service and unlike other apartments where you can leave food or goods in the lobby. the apartment lift is very small, the apartment roof is also short, for those who are 167-170 cm tall it might be a bit cramped. the mattress is broken until you can feel the springs, it is a bit narrow and makes your body ache, the sheets also make bumps 🙈 maybe it can be fixed. there are lots of cockroaches walking around, from small to large cockroaches. the plus in the apartment there are many sellers and there is an Alfa and Indomaret and it is close to the mall.

booked 2 nights, but only stayed for 1 night, the room was sooo filthy... the mattress was also not suitable to sleep on, those who had back pain got tower D on the 16th floor. The next day I immediately moved to find another hotel. Please pay attention to the condition of the room and bed and sofa, it really is not suitable anymore.

This apartment complex is mostly rented daily so there are many rental agency offices to choose from. The stock of units given is random to guests so if you are unlucky like gacha dregs, you will get a bad unit - moldy curtains - moldy bathroom - dirty and how many times small cockroaches appear

I even upgraded & spent extra money to get a decent room to stay in. It's not really suitable to be called an apartment, if I say it's a flat but it's appropriate for the price.
