The staff is friendly, kind, and respectful 👍 Thank you for providing a plaster cast for my child whose big toe was cut by a crack in the tile in the small pool. It's a shame the place is beautiful but poorly maintained. I was initially in a superior room, but it wasn't very clean, so I was upgraded to a deluxe room. You really need to be extra careful about bringing personal items like clean towels, toiletries, etc. Please upgrade the facilities. Thank you... I hope to visit again sometime.

The room lights were dark, the mat was dirty, the water heater wasn't working... I wanted to soak in the bathtub but I couldn't.

The villa is quite nice, but it's not well maintained. It's a shame that when we were there, the electricity from the PLN substation went out. Luckily, the villa management quickly turned on the generator. We'll come back next time.

When I first entered the door, it was hard to open and I locked it for quite a few minutes because I had to trick the room into not being able to open it because it was a wooden type. When I entered the bed, the sheets and pillows looked like they hadn't been changed for a long time and the room smelled of urine. The air conditioning in the room was cool and stuffy. Finally, I complained and asked to change rooms. Finally, I agreed when I checked our room and when I changed the room, it didn't smell of urine, but the bathroom looked like it was rarely used and the sheets had lots of stains. And the room was like a mosquito nest, so I could only sleep at dawn because it was really a mosquito nest.. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN 😫

all the hotel staff and employees are okay..only maybe the hotel facilities are a little lacking, especially the AC is not cold enough, my family and I were sweating while sleeping,,maybe the AC needs to be replaced or repaired,,it doesn't spread..for other facilities for me it's not a problem,,recommendation to stay at this hotel..

i already booking 1 month before check in, on the day i check in hotel is already full book and my booking is replace by other guest...horrible service

The hotel is in the center of Bogor city, close to the toll gate and culinary, the price is cheap, the location is easy to reach, the staff is friendly, there is a piano swimming pool, family room, relaxing spot, the downside is that the towels are no longer suitable for use and smell musty like used towels. I suggest bringing towels from home, overall, the villa is recommended

It feels like Bali, even though it's actually in Bogor. The place is hidden. It's a hidden gem. With affordable prices. It's just a shame the wifi is dead, and the towels are no longer suitable. There's only soap. No toothbrush provided.

Actually, I've been here many times, this is the third time because the environment is comfortable, the hotel is comfortable, but yesterday the water in the swimming pool was not changed, so the children swam and the water was not clean, the rooms could probably be cleaned more, because the pillow cases looked like they hadn't been changed for a long time, hopefully the rooms will be fixed so they still look new and clean, because the children like to swim there, in Bogor but the water is not cold, it's also good for swimming at night

The receptionist was not on standby, my family checked out and waited 2 hours, and there was no hotel staff at all. Because they were not on standby, I even made a deposit to someone who claimed to be a receptionist whom I met directly at the front office to ask for the number. Reported to Traveloka but it turned out that the hotel still said that they never asked for a deposit. THE SERVICE HAS BEEN IMPROVED, THE OFFICERS ARE REALLY ON STANDBY 24 HOURS, AT LEAST THERE ARE SHIFTS SO THAT THEY DON'T GET BREAKED AGAIN BY UNCLEAR PEOPLE WHO CLAIM TO BE HOTEL EMPLOYEES. I will not want to stay here again or recommend it to my friends/colleagues. Thank you
