• Breakfast is recommended.
• The view from the room facing the renovation building at the back of the hotel is less than ideal.
• The room is not soundproof, so any activity taking place next door, in the hallway, or even in the elevator can be heard.
• It's very noisy because someone next door was moving chairs and tables from 5 p.m. to 3 a.m. I contacted the front desk for help checking the room, but it remained the same, and my sleep was disturbed until morning.
• The toilet is right next to the sink, making it difficult to wash my hands or face because it's blocked by the toilet.
• Toilet supplies, such as glasses, are not clean (they appear to have never been replaced).
• Housekeeping doesn't knock on the door when guests arrive, but instead opens the door roughly while guests are in the room, claiming to be cleaning the room and not informing them that there are already guests (miscommunication), even though the receptionist had coordinated with housekeeping before check-in (who knows who was distracted).
• The towels in the toilet are not clean (they smell of cigarette smoke).
• Some pillowcases are torn.
My suggestion is that the hotel should pay more attention to hotel inventory and cleanliness. because guest comfort is a priority
